Emergency Respite
Emergency Respite offers temporary crisis support and assistance with payment for a respite workers to assist in the caring for a child during a challenging time.
Angela’s House will be offering Emergency Respite Opportunities in the child’s own home or in another suitable safe environment. Due to the nature of these children’s disabilities, multiple levels of planning must be considered. All medical paperwork to demonstrate the child’s needs would be acquired. Depending on the medical needs of each child, we will assist in arranging respite workers including nursing. There will be an emergency “team” if necessary to support the parents.
