    Golf Outing

Bob Policastro, Director of hosted its first annual golf outing on September 29th at the Nissequogue Golf Club in St. James. The event, a fundraiser for Angela’s House, net $32,700 through corporate sponsors, golf participants and raffles. It was a clear crisp autumn day on the golf course for 104 golfers, who were challenged by the hilly and rugged terrain of the course that borders the Nissequogue River. On the 18th hole, the tee is a couple hundred yards away from a 100-foot drop down a hill leading to the green. This means the hole was totally out of sight from the tee until the players reached the top of the hill. The best ball score of the day was 71, par for the course. What a feat! Read More
