Principal Mr. Michael and Student Government teacher Mrs. Engelberg planned a field trip for the students to visit Angela’s House to do some light yard work. It was great to see the children have a good time helping around the house.
CPL. Robert C. Pope of the United States Army was killed on November 7 while proudly serving his country in Iraq. Beloved wife Lynnea and son Dylan. Parents Robert and Regina, brothers Ryan and Jonathan, his sister Kaitlyn who has cerebral palsy, who his father said “He just idolized her, loved her”, he said. “She meant everything in the world to him.”
In lieu of flowers the family suggested donations in Robert’s loving memory to ATDC / Angela’s House. There is no greater honor and generosity from a family that heroically lost a special young man serving our country and still holds within their hearts to give to others. All our prayers are with the family.
Pastor Albert Hahn presented a check to ATDC / Angela’s House in their effort to build up our community in faith. This sign of support and trust in our effort to help medically frail children was greatly appreciated. Funds were raised from the Annual Country Fair. Special thanks to the chairperson Joyce Barron, the Fair Committee , Julie Gallo and the congregation.

The Smithtown manager Michelle Zeiger graciously handed a check for $750 to Bob Policastro. Also on hand for this event was NYS Assemblyman Michael Fitzpatrick.
ATDC/ Angela’s House was informed on Saturday October 1st that Nissequogue Golf club shut down 3 holes on its golf course. 3rd Annual Golf Outing
October 3rd, 2005
Fox Hollow Golf and Country Club
The weather was perfect with a large crowd of golfers to support Angela’s House. Our golf outing was moved to Fox Hill Golf and Country Club. What an amazing job they did with our guests. People commented all day on the beauty of the course. We had great support all year round from our Golf committee including Tony Morrone, Jerry Focone, Sean Tracey, Joe McGovern, Chris Kutner, Ron Pace, Doug DeMarco ,Deniz Gurcan and Frank Lombardi. The day would not be possible without the help of our volunteers throughout the day. Read More
